岗位职责
- 领导开发团队并提供技术指导与支持，培养团队成员技术能力
- 负责解耦CMS项目的技术方向、架构设计和实施策略制定
- 与产品、设计、QA等跨职能团队协作，定义技术需求和项目里程碑
- 执行复杂云迁移项目，确保系统平稳过渡并最小化停机时间
- 参与架构评审委员会和变更咨询委员会，提供技术专业知识和战略建议
任职要求
- 精通Drupal等解耦CMS平台，具备现代Web技术栈的扎实基础
- 具备团队领导经验，能够为开发人员提供技术指导和支持
- 熟悉API设计、微服务架构和云基础设施迁移项目实施
- 了解敏捷开发流程，具备项目范围定义和资源分配能力
