岗位摘要

制定并迭代AI辅助制作平台的产品愿景、战略与路线图，平衡短期成效与长期创新；定义并追踪核心指标（如制作周期、返工率、采用率），用数据驱动持续优化平台体验；与工程、AI/ML、安全及业务团队紧密协作，确保需求落地并满足企业级安全合规要求

岗位职责

  • 制定并迭代AI辅助制作平台的产品愿景、战略与路线图，平衡短期成效与长期创新
  • 定义并追踪核心指标（如制作周期、返工率、采用率），用数据驱动持续优化平台体验
  • 与工程、AI/ML、安全及业务团队紧密协作，确保需求落地并满足企业级安全合规要求

任职要求

  • 3年以上B2B平台或AI产品管理经验，熟悉内容制作、广告或媒体流程者优先
  • 具备出色的跨文化沟通与利益相关者管理能力，能在矩阵组织中推动决策
  • 熟练使用数据与实验方法量化产品价值，能撰写清晰产品叙事与技术文档

加分项

  • Experience with creative production workflows, asset pipelines, or design tooling ecosystems.
  • Experience building enterprise software in security
  • constrained environments (auditability, access controls, restricted tooling, environment separation).
  • Experience defining quality frameworks for automated outputs (for example: visual diffs, heatmaps, review queues, sampling strategies).
  • Relevant certifications (for example: CSPO) or advanced degrees in a technical discipline.
