岗位职责
- 领导开发团队，提供技术指导并确保代码质量与架构规范符合行业最佳实践
- 设计并实现基于Drupal的解耦式CMS架构，集成前端框架与后端服务，开发稳定API和微服务组件
- 主导云迁移项目，确保系统平稳过渡，参与架构评审与变更管理委员会，评估技术风险并制定应对方案
任职要求
- 精通Drupal、Sitecore或Umbraco等解耦式CMS平台，具备大型项目架构设计与实施经验
- 熟悉现代Web技术栈，具备微服务、API开发及云平台迁移的实际项目经验
- 具备优秀的团队领导能力，能有效协同产品、设计与测试团队，推动敏捷开发流程
