岗位职责

  • 作为VML与Braze之间的主要联系人，维护全球领导层关系，确保合作伙伴战略一致性
  • 制定针对Braze的联合增长策略，执行驱动管道开发和业务达成的联合项目
  • 协调内部能力与合作伙伴资源，建立可重复的联盟驱动增长模式
  • 与Braze团队建立深度信任关系，成为双方合作的核心纽带

任职要求

  • 在战略合作伙伴关系管理方面拥有丰富经验，具备技术平台或SaaS联盟背景者优先
  • 具备直接收入责任的业务开发和销售经验，能够推动管道开发和业务达成
  • 具备出色的跨团队协调能力和商业敏感性，能够在复杂组织环境中有效工作
  • 拥有优秀的沟通和表达能力，能够与不同层级和职能的利益相关方建立良好关系

加分项

  • 5+ years in alliance or partner management roles
  • Familiarity with Braze or comparable customer engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer)
  • Background at a GSI, agency, or technology partner organization
  • Experience driving $25M+ in partner-influenced pipeline
  • Google Cloud or marketing technology certifications
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
  • Role Positioning
  • This role is the strategic owner of the Braze relationships—not a quota
  • carrying territory seller, solution architect, or operations administrator.
  • You will be the first call when either partner has an opportunity or an issue.
  • You will own the joint business plans and be accountable for their execution.
  • You will build the internal capability that makes both partnerships productive.
  • And you will demonstrate that strategic alliance management is a growth multiplier for VML Enterprise Solutions.
